Using the album

By creating an account, you agree to use the album for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to upload only content you have the right to share, and only photos that depict your own children, grandchildren, or children for whom you have explicit consent from their guardian.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for any activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.

Content you upload

You keep the rights to your photos and videos. You grant us a limited license to store, compress, and display them to the family members you invite, only for the purpose of running the album. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

You may not use the album to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or that depicts children in a way that violates their dignity. You may not attempt to access other families' albums. You may not use the album for commercial photography distribution.

Subscriptions

nappi Premium is a recurring subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play. You can cancel anytime through your platform's subscription settings. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time from the app.

Changes

These terms may change. We will notify you of material changes through the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
